Administrative and financial support for fleet #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in collecting and organizing data related to fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and mileage. * Monitor and update operational cost control spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy of fleet financial information. * Provide support in vehicle monitoring and tracking activities. * Verify and organize vehicle documentation (licensing, traffic violations, insurance), ensuring legal compliance of assets. * Collaborate in route and itinerary analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for handling large volumes of data (formulas, pivot tables, charts). * Understanding of fleet performance indicators (KPIs), such as average fuel consumption and cost per kilometer. * Familiarity with concepts of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. #### **Skills** * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning for data interpretation and pattern identification. * Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing documents and information. * Technical proficiency in using spreadsheet software and database systems. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technological tools and platforms. * Basic understanding of statistical principles applied to performance analysis. ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Administrative
