




**Date:** Dec 3, 2025 **Location:** Boituva, SP, BR **Company:** Grupo Petrópolis **Job Summary:** Responsible for managing and controlling the corporate fleet, ensuring operational efficiency by improving asset availability, compliance with internal policies, and cost reduction. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules; * Analyze budgets and approve services in accordance with company policy; * Monitor cost indicators per kilometer, per vehicle, and per type of maintenance; * Select and qualify workshops and service providers; * Track KPIs such as fleet availability, mean time to repair (MTTR), and cost per vehicle; * Prepare management reports to support decision-making; * Coordinate logistics for vehicle pickup and return during maintenance; * Plan and implement projects to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and increase productivity; * Review and develop internal guidelines, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills; * Power BI (Desirable); * Basic mechanical knowledge to understand maintenance requirements; * Knowledge of contracts (leasing companies, workshops, insurance providers). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical ability to monitor **KPIs**; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail;
