




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for issuing and managing fiscal documents, cargo integration and endorsement, and providing support to customers and drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Here, everyone is welcome! “This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.” **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue fiscal documents (NF, Bank Slip, CT-e, Toll Voucher, CIOT, MDF-e, insurance endorsement) for cargo release; * Integrate cargoes into the system; * Endorse cargoes, verify freight charges and service invoices; * Register carriers and drivers to ensure cargo regularization; * Assist drivers regarding documentation; * Cancel CT-e and Correction Letter (CC-e) when necessary, complying with legal deadlines; * Provide customer support on issuance and corrections; * Comply with current transportation and tax legislation; * Generate reports of issued CT-es; * Monitor volumes, values, and operational indicators; * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM, with rotating shifts on some Saturdays **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Prior experience in this role; * Experience with Protheus system will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** Please review our benefits below: National Unimed Health Plan (Ward or Private Room); Amil Dental Plan (Basic, Intermediate, and Executive); On-site cafeteria; Food basket; Scholarship program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy plan; Life insurance; Christmas basket; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Pregnancy support program; Pet day; Commemorative date gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental health benefit).
