Junior Buyer Position Description: We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for purchasing materials, equipment, and services according to the company's needs, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, and other related procurement activities. Responsibilities: * Purchase materials, equipment, and services according to the company's demands * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial conditions (price, delivery time, quality, and payment terms) * Analyze supplier proposals and conduct price quotations * Monitor the delivery process of purchased products and services * Maintain up-to-date records of all purchase transactions * Arrange accommodation and meals for employees as required by operational needs Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields * Previous experience in procurement will be considered a plus * Knowledge of negotiation and cost analysis * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized with the ability to work under pressure * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
