




Job Summary: As a Signalman, you will be responsible for internal logistics at the construction site, assisting in the operation of lifting equipment and ensuring safety during material transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Manage internal logistics and prepare areas for equipment operation. 2. Assist the crane operator and conduct daily safety inspections. 3. Maintain active communication and act in accordance with the load plan. Signalman As a **Signalman**, your responsibilities will include managing internal logistics at the construction site, preparing areas for lifting equipment operation during vertical and horizontal material transport (via crane or Munck), assisting and guiding the crane operator on load trajectories, performing and documenting daily safety inspections of auxiliary lifting devices, manually and radio-based signaling, controlling load weight and securing conditions (slings, hooks, and latches), and acting strictly in compliance with the load plan. We seek a proactive, collaborative, and transformative individual. **As a Signalman, your responsibilities and duties will include:** · Managing internal logistics at the construction site and preparing areas for lifting equipment operation during vertical and horizontal material transport (via crane); · Assisting and guiding the crane operator via radio communicator regarding load trajectories; · Performing and documenting daily safety inspections (checklist) of auxiliary lifting devices (hooks, steel cables, synthetic slings, etc.); · Conducting manual and radio-based signaling, controlling load weight and securing conditions (slings, hooks, and latches), and acting in accordance with the load plan; · Selecting appropriate rigging materials based on load characteristics and properly securing loads for lifting; · Complying with all requirements stipulated in the load plan; · Rigging materials and grouping them into secured bundles according to piece count, crane capacity, and cable capacity, to transport them to the location designated by the Assembly Leader; · Knowing and applying safety rules for cargo handling operations; · Alerting all personnel when loads are lifted; · Maintaining active communication with the crane operator; · Verifying wall fixings before requesting the crane operator to lift; · Paying close attention to the precise moment to release slings from walls (walls must first be fixed to the raft slab); · Storing lifting materials daily (slings, shackles, steel cables, and hooks). **Prerequisites for this role include:** · High school diploma; · Knowledge of NRs 12, 18, and 35. **Here’s what we offer you:** Essential Benefits Meals provided on-site; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (iFood Benefits); Alea Prev.
