The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge in operating machine tools, especially conventional milling machines, ensuring part precision and finishing quality. Requirements: Technical or vocational training in machining/industrial mechanics; Proven experience as a (conventional) milling operator; Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings; Basic understanding of metrology and handling of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.); Ability to set up, adjust, and operate the machine, selecting appropriate tools and correct cutting parameters; Adherence to safety regulations and workplace organization standards.
