We are one team, one TG. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow preventive maintenance schedules to avoid delays in production planning. * Maintain tooling in satisfactory operating condition. * Implement improvements to tools and fabricate replacement parts for plastic and rubber injection molds. * Perform manual adjustments respecting dimensional tolerances. * Read and interpret technical drawings for projects. * Report any equipment abnormalities to the immediate supervisor, following safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. In 2013, construction of facilities, procurement of machinery, assembly of production lines, and hiring schedule planning commenced. Equipment testing and initial hiring started in 2014. Since the early years, numerous reliability, quality, and efficiency tests have been conducted. Following the official inauguration in 2016, we obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2017, continually enhancing environmental protection and mitigating potential adverse impacts of our production chain on stakeholders and society.
