The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the human resources subsystems at the Itapetininga unit (poultry), ensuring efficient management of both processes and people, with direct responsibility for area leaders. Must ensure achievement of key performance indicators (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, labor cost, among others) and guarantee service quality related to the cafeteria, transportation, and product baskets.
