Job Description: Directly perform customer service activities, including installation, maintenance, address changes, equipment removal, and other services; ensure excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction; guarantee the quality of services provided, adhering to the company’s standards and procedures; provide technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and apply best practices in customer service. Responsibilities: Perform customer service activities as assigned, ensuring high quality and efficiency; Adhere to the pre-scheduled service appointments agreed upon with customers, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness; Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions; Keep work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage; Properly use personal and collective protective equipment, ensuring one’s own safety and that of customers; Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) daily, aiming for continuous service improvement; Actively participate in the training and development programs offered by the company, aiming for professional growth and constant updating on new technologies and procedures. Main daily activities include: Performing installation, maintenance, address change, and equipment removal services; Monitoring and reporting the status of performed services; Following the company’s quality procedures and standards; Participating in training and updates regarding products and services. Requirements: Completed high school education; Customer service experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory; Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Ability to work in a team; Availability to work flexible hours, according to service needs; Basic knowledge of digital tools and customer service registration systems.
