We are one team, one TG. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical support for implementing and maintaining physical and logical IT service infrastructure and computerized equipment, aiming to meet the requirements and needs of GDBR’s internal users and its customers—particularly in Production’s digital transformation activities. Support analysts in developing projects and documentation, establishing standards, proposing solutions for computerized environments, and researching computer, information, integrated, and distributed technologies. Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of telecommunications equipment and microcomputers linked to the Production line. Assist in developing improvements to computerized and computational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Technical Course in Informatics or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows platform, Android platform, and Microsoft Office suite. Experience: Prior experience providing IT services.
