Description: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or Production; * Experience in the Production and/or Maintenance area; * Availability of schedule; * Must reside in: Salto de Pirapora, Sorocaba or Votorantim. * Monitor and perform maintenance activities on production lines for flour mills, cement, clinker kilns, crushers, bagging machines, palletizers and other equipment comprising the industrial plant, identifying needs regarding safety aspects for self, others and equipment, controlling material applications, use of tools and equipment (such as: cranes, vehicles, forklifts, measuring instruments, among others), aiming at interventions with quality, safety and within appropriate deadlines; * Perform and monitor maintenance activities through service orders (SO) and schedules, identifying needs regarding safety aspects (risks, precautions and lockouts), activity descriptions, materials, tools, labor, support materials, aiming at interventions with quality, appropriate costs, safety and within established deadlines; * Conduct Critical Maintenance Analysis within the pre-established timeframe, seeking to identify the cause of stoppages or defects in factory equipment by evaluating historical equipment performance, reviewing the content of Preventive Plans for updates, proposing solutions aiming at achieving zero stoppages and zero defects; * Ensure timely acquisition of materials, tools and services required for maintenance activities, observing aspects related to factory standardization, quality and guarantee processes; * Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget by using historical data and monitoring results from previous periods, projecting equipment lifespan to support budget planning, as well as systematically monitoring its implementation; * Participate in guiding mechanical teams, instructing them on safety regulations, procedures, discipline, conduct, workplace organization and cleanliness, promoting team synergy aimed at professional growth; * Develop and revise maintenance procedures, establish safety plans, standard methods and times for maintenance activities, identifying opportunities for improvements in safety, productivity and environment, as well as train the team on these standards and on safety and quality discussions, aiming to ensure required productivity and quality levels for excellence in maintenance; * Support the area supervisor in managing third-party services, monitoring safety and quality performance during execution, performing controls during work execution (hours/weight) according to contract terms. Carry out activity closure, observing final measurement evaluation criteria (hours/weight) and required quality, alerting the supervisor of any irregularities; * Promote rationalization of activities focused on utilizing the Maintenance System, developing routine tasks and section controls, monitoring section indicators (KPIs), reporting to the area Supervisor regarding achievement of pre-established goals; * Monitor equipment under the responsibility of the section (such as: cranes, vehicles, forklifts, measuring instruments, among others), identifying maintenance and replacement needs to ensure continuous operation, as well as propose equipment improvements, inspect and issue various technical reports, aiming to maintain maintenance history and technological knowledge; * Ensure personal safety, safety of others and equipment, as well as promote conservation, organization and cleanliness of work areas; * Perform other activities related to their field of work whenever requested by their immediate supervisor, with the objective of development, professional and career growth, under supervision and guidance during execution of these activities. 2511210202471882252

Preferred Qualifications: * Technical degree (completed or in progress). * Perform day\-to\-day tasks, complying with environmental and occupational safety standards and procedures; * Conduct preliminary risk analysis, listing and requesting proper authorizations for critical task execution; * Provide support tasks to central control panel operators, following established procedures; * Perform mechanical lockout according to PD222 standard; * Carry out emergency and routine mechanical maintenance in the production area; * Monitor maintenance activities on production line machines to ensure service quality and equipment condition; * Report during shift changes, identifying occurred issues and pending and/or ongoing actions; * Perform equipment inspections following specific checklists, keeping equipment clean; * Fill out equipment checklists by observing part wear, indicating maintenance needs, reporting failures, and requesting repairs; * Occasionally perform product loading and electronic transfer, informing responsible departments of quantities for invoicing and vehicle release; * Occasionally operate forklifts, mini loaders, light vehicles, and trucks whenever necessary to carry out assigned tasks; * Perform electric and oxyacetylene welding; * Conduct operational testing on equipment, verifying that work quality meets proper operating requirements, checking component fastenings, abnormal noises, alignments, working pressures, and other items related to the nature of the work; * Focus on identifying improvements to optimize processes; * Clear blockages in chutes, cyclones, hoppers, and transfer chutes when necessary; * Clean smoke chambers according to the cleaning schedule established by production; * Calibrate dosing scales (electrical panel and weight monitoring) to ensure accurate inventory control; * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment through failure diagnosis; * Record identified nonconformities and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions by issuing service orders (SO); * Respond to service calls via service orders, providing repairs and supplying maintenance data to update equipment history; * Request necessary parts/equipment required for job completion; * Act as field activity leader during their shift, technically guiding less experienced staff; * Perform sampling and testing according to the frequency defined in the Quality Control Plan, following technical procedures and standards. * Support the panel operator in controlling flour, clinker, and cement processes based on test results to ensure compliance with established specifications; * Monitor and ensure proper operation of X\-ray fluorescence equipment and its peripherals (cooling unit), sieve shaker and sieves, Blaine apparatus, muffle furnaces, scales, and other laboratory tools used in testing. 2511210202471375517
