Their role is essential to ensure member satisfaction, growth of the cooperative membership base, and the cooperative’s financial sustainability. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members, acting as their primary point of contact and facilitator of financial solutions. * Manage a portfolio of cooperative members, performing continuous follow-up and prospecting new members, identifying opportunities to improve their financial conditions. * Develop strategies to maximize member retention and promote expansion of their participation in the cooperative’s products and services. * Promote and sell financial products and services, offering customized solutions tailored to members’ needs. * Work toward sales and performance targets, focusing on growing the membership base and diversifying the range of products used by members. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * CPA certification (mandatory for this role). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact directly with cooperative members. * Aptitude for collaborative work, especially when interfacing with various departments within the cooperative. * Ability to identify business opportunities and propose appropriate solutions for cooperative members. * Knowledge of banking products and services, and proven experience managing customer/cooperative member portfolios. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Performance bonus, Birthday day off, Profit-sharing program, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher
