We are looking for an Electrical Projects and Installations Coordinator to manage the technical and operational aspects of electrical projects, taking control of the process from sales through to final project delivery. This professional will be responsible for planning resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met, acting as the link between the client, engineering, and execution teams. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Electrotechnics with active CREA registration. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is desirable. * Previous experience in coordination or supervision of electrical installations and projects (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure). * Knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical project drawings. * Skills in planning, resource management, and team leadership. * Proficiency in Excel and MS Project (AutoCAD is a plus). **Advantages:** * Experience in industrial automation, electrical panels, or medium-voltage systems. * Background in engineering, maintenance, or electrical construction companies. * Organized, communicative profile with a results-oriented focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive the project after the sale is closed, analyzing the technical proposal and reference documents. * Conduct alignment meetings with the client to confirm scope, timelines, and delivery criteria. * Plan and coordinate the deployment of human resources, materials, and equipment. * Manage procurement, schedules, and execution logistics, ensuring adherence to the project plan. * Monitor project progress, coordinating internally with engineering, execution, and supply teams. * Provide technical support to field teams and oversee installation quality. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, etc.). * Generate progress reports and participate in the technical handover of projects.
