Job Summary: Manage and supervise the production department to ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety targets, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities within the production department, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and deadline targets, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Main Responsibilities * Plan and monitor the production schedule * Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets * Monitor KPIs (productivity, losses, rework, efficiency) * Manage the team (leadership, training, performance evaluation) * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Control operational costs and waste * Collaborate with PCP, Quality, and Maintenance departments * Implement continuous improvements in production processes * Prepare managerial reports for senior management Behavioral Profile * Strong and inspiring leadership * Quick decision-making ability * Analytical mindset * Organization and discipline * Strong communication skills * Conflict management * Results-oriented Technical Requirements **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Processes, or related fields) * Proven experience in production management * Knowledge of industrial KPIs (OEE, productivity, losses) * Knowledge of good manufacturing practices **Preferred:** * Experience in the cosmetics industry * Knowledge of ISO standards or ANVISA regulations * Experience with Lean Manufacturing * Advanced Excel / ERP knowledge Job Performance Indicators * Production target achievement (%) * Rework rate * Waste reduction * Team turnover rate * On-time delivery rate Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
