




Job Summary: Support production line activities at a slaughterhouse, ensuring processing, handling, and organization of products in accordance with quality and safety standards. Strictly comply with personal hygiene standards and PPE usage Perform support tasks for the slaughterhouse production line, ensuring proper processing, handling, packaging, and organization of products, strictly adhering to quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the stages of the slaughterhouse production process according to the assigned department (slaughtering, cutting, deboning, packaging, freezing, shipping, etc.); * Handle meat and products in accordance with established standards; * Operate simple production equipment while observing safety regulations; * Perform product weighing, sorting, packaging, and labeling; * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and hygienic; * Strictly comply with personal hygiene standards, PPE usage, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Assist in visual quality control of products; * Support loading and unloading of goods when required; * Follow standard operating procedures and instructions from supervisors.
