Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and duties** * Whenever necessary, participate in various forest seedling production processes, clonal garden establishment and maintenance, seedling selection, shipping, manual load handling, and handling of inputs; * Carry out forest planting and maintenance activities according to technical instructions (TI); * Perform pest, disease, and weed control according to specific technical instructions for the activity (TI); * Assist in supplying, loading, and unloading inputs, equipment, and tools; * Perform activities meeting the quality standards established by the company; * Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, 5S, SIGA, occupational safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Participate in prevention and combat of forest fires and frosts. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. **Additional information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
