Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, electrical and hydraulic systems. * Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance on low-complexity machines, equipment, electrical and hydraulic systems; * Use portable electric tools to perform various maintenance tasks; * Operate milling machines, drills, sanders, manual presses, and other equipment required for nursery maintenance; * Specify parts and materials by interpreting technical specifications, drawings, sketches, and performing simple calculations; * Complete activity reports; measure parts using specific instruments and devices; * Sharpen cutting sets (chains, chipper knives, and sabre blades); * Operate light vehicles, when qualified and authorized by management, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed High School education. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the role and/or related areas; * Driver’s License Category B; * Firefighting training. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
