We are looking for an **Information Technology Intern** to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the IT department in technical support and equipment maintenance activities, contributing to the smooth operation of systems and ensuring stability, security, and efficiency in the company's technological operations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical support to internal users, handling requests remotely or in person, performing diagnostics and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure continuous operations and employee productivity. * Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment and systems, following standardized procedures for installing computers, printers, systems, and corporate applications to ensure proper functionality and compatibility of technological resources. * Support the control and maintenance of the IT inventory, updating records of equipment, software, and licenses in spreadsheets to maintain traceability and efficient management of the company's technological assets. * Assist with preventive maintenance on computer equipment, performing cleanings, updates, and periodic tests under the guidance of the department supervisor to prevent failures, reduce costs, and extend equipment lifespan. * Record and document support procedures and incidents in spreadsheets, describing occurrences and solutions in reports to maintain a technical history and facilitate resolution of future support cases. * Work according to technical standards of safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation, following standardized operating procedures and guidelines from the Occupational Safety department to ensure compliance with current legislation, prevent accidents, and guarantee sustainability and continuity of company operations. **Requirements and qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Management or Systems Analysis and Development. * Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), and Office 365 suite. * Understanding of software, printer, and network equipment installation and configuration. * User support experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in an organized and collaborative manner. * Additional courses in Computer Maintenance, Networking, or Information Security. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Communication * Teamwork * Adaptability * Resilience * Organization * Proactivity * Continuous learning **Additional information** **BENEFITS:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Totalpass * Group life insurance We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
