Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop materials for internal training use; * Deliver trainings aligned with the curriculum of courses required for operational roles; * Identify needs for supplementary training and/or refresher courses; * Generate monthly training reports; * Compile training reaction and effectiveness indicators; * Support the development of new equipment and processes in operational activities; * Assist in developing partnerships with Educational Institutions to design customized trainings for operational activities; * Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Act as fire and forest frost response personnel and leader; * Conduct periodic Field and Yard Inventories; Operate light vehicles when authorized by management and duly licensed, whenever necessary and approved. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Desirable:** * Experience in this role and/or related areas. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
