Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional to lead teams, organize tasks on construction sites, analyze projects with engineers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and organization on construction sites 2. Project analysis and on-site safety assurance 3. Experience in Civil Construction (Mandatory) Must reside in Franca/SP or nearby region! **Responsibilities:** * Organize the team and assign tasks; * Analyze the entire project construction together with engineers; * Guide proper setup of the construction site to improve workplace organization; * Inspect all purchased materials; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Ensure team members properly use personal protective equipment; * Prevent material waste; * Keep responsible engineers informed about project progress. **Requirements:** * Knowledge related to building construction; * Leadership skills; proactive attitude; strong communication skills; * Ability to analyze problems and identify optimal solutions.
