




**Job Description – Baking Assistant** **Summary:** Professional responsible for supporting the baking production process, ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in dough preparation, fermentation, and baking of bread and bakery products; * Support inventory control of raw materials and supplies; * Assist in cleaning equipment, workbenches, and utensils; * Organize the production area according to food safety standards (NR\-32 and RDC 216/2004\); * Assist the baker in weighing and preparing ingredients; * Support expiration date control and proper product storage; * Contribute to achieving production targets and reducing waste. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Technical certification or prior experience in baking or pastry preferred; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
