Job Summary: The Senior Electromechanical Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, working on mechanical, electrical, and electroelectronic systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Installation and adjustment of electromechanical equipment in accordance with technical standards. **Schmersal Brasil** is seeking candidates for the position of **Electromechanical Technician** to work in **Boituva/SP.** **Temporary position** The Senior Electromechanical Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, working on mechanical, electrical, and electroelectronic systems. Responsibilities include identifying failures, repairing components, and implementing improvements to ensure safety and efficiency in production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Diagnose, repair failures, and replace components in motors, electrical panels, sensors, and various devices. * Calibrate and adjust industrial equipment. * Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans. * Install, assemble, and adjust electromechanical equipment and systems in accordance with technical standards. * Perform functional tests and machine startup. * Identify and correct failures in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams. * Use measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ammeters. * Comply with technical and safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12\). * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and correctly use PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Complete service reports, maintenance orders, and equipment history records. * Suggest improvements to processes and equipment. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electromechanical installation and maintenance in industrial sectors such as Offshore, Onshore, Mining, Steelmaking, and Pulp & Paper. * Knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation system assembly. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing and measurement equipment. * Familiarity with applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Availability to work under field conditions and across different shifts.
