We are seeking a professional who will be challenged to contribute to the operational efficiency of the operations center through analysis of operational data, calculation of KPIs, report preparation, process standardization, regulatory compliance monitoring, and budgetary, contractual, and technical document management—supporting the team in implementing and updating standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Acquire knowledge of all operational, safety, environmental, and asset management procedures by regularly reading and undergoing training on all procedures provided by the company, ONS, and ANEEL, with the objective of complying with—and ensuring compliance with—the regulatory requirements applicable to the electricity sector***.*** * Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models applied to generation asset operations (hydroelectric, wind, and solar). * Build analyses and models using artificial intelligence and technology tools focused on generation forecasting, intervention scheduling, operational events, curtailment calculation and analysis, and operational loss analysis. * Integrate and process data from various sources, such as supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA), operation and planning systems, meteorological and hydrological databases, and corporate systems. * Create automated dashboards, analytical reports, and process indicators to support decision-making by operators, coordinators, and managers. * Support operational studies and post-operation analyses, facilitating root cause identification, pattern recognition, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate closely with real-time operations, planning, scheduling, calculation, analysis, information technology, engineering, and maintenance teams. * Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance for all data used. * Contribute to technological innovation and creativity to advance the analytical maturity and automation of the Operations Center, through the digital transformation strategy of Operations Center processes and routines—leveraging artificial intelligence, technology tools, and industry best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: *Engineering, Technology, Data Science/Computer Science, Statistics*. * Knowledge of Electricity Sector Regulation, ONS Network Procedures, experience in pre- and post-operation activities in operations centers, and familiarity with renewable energy * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, PowerPoint, AI * Desired: Technical and operational knowledge of data processing for generation plants (hydroelectric, wind, and/or solar) * Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within teams, across departments, and to present results clearly and concisely. **Additional Information** At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
