Description: * Previous experience in accounts payable and/or treasury routines; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics; * Experience with Protheus system is desirable. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of urgency; * Analytical ability, strong communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactive profile, focused on problem-solving and meeting deadlines. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Entering, verifying, and classifying invoices, bank slips (boletos), and expenses into the system; * Monitoring and controlling the payment flow, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon deadlines with suppliers; * Preparing, organizing, and submitting payments via CNAB (bank slips, TED, PIX, bank transfers, third-party payroll, among others); * Performing accounts payable reconciliations and bank statement reconciliations, identifying and correcting any discrepancies; * Supporting cash flow management related to outflows, forecasting future payments and flagging potential adjustments needed; * Maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating payment terms when necessary, and clarifying questions regarding paid or outstanding items; * Ensuring proper archiving and organization of financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts), in accordance with internal policies and tax requirements; * Responding to internal and external audit requests by providing reports and documentation from the area; * Contributing to continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes by suggesting automation, standardization, and additional controls; * Supporting the treasury department in daily routines, as needed. 2512210202551931342
