




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Support condominium residents with information and documents via telephone, e-mail or in person; Register and organize documents in the system for sending to condominiums; Update the application with notices, minutes, bylaws and various documents; Update condominium residents’ registration data, including changes of ownership; Issue duplicate payment slips, “no outstanding debts” certificates and delinquency reports; Generate agreements and send remittances for payment slip registration; Monitor space reservations and respond to requests via internal systems; Digitize and organize administrative documents; Review income proof documents; Attend internal meetings and periodic training sessions; Support other department activities whenever necessary. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Experience in condominium management; Experience with the Cond21 system is a plus; Customer service experience. ### **BENEFITS** Meal Voucher R$ 25.00 (per day), Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, TotalPass and DayOff. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data and application information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
