IT Supervisor (Systems, Support, and IT Governance)

Job Summary: The IT Supervisor will be responsible for systems, ERP, and user support, with a focus on operational stability, technological advancement, and quality of corporate service delivery. Direct interface with business areas and process improvement We are currently conducting a selection process for an IT Supervisor position, covering systems, ERP, and user support across multiple company units in the Greater Sorocaba region. The role has a corporate scope, involving direct interaction with business areas, emphasis on system stability, technological advancement, and service quality. Candidates residing in the following cities will be considered: Sorocaba, Boituva, Iperó, Tietê, Cerquilho, Cesário Lange, Itapetininga, Tatuí, Porto Feliz, Araçoiaba da Serra, Capela do Alto, Salto de Pirapora, and Bofete. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ***Systems and ERP*** * Administer, support, and evolve the company's ERP systems * Work with Protheus (TOTVS) and SAP Business One environments, ensuring stability and alignment with business processes * Guarantee data integrity, especially financial and accounting information * Monitor system integrations, updates, and continuous improvements * Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal departments ***User Support*** * Coordinate internal user support services * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality * Directly handle critical incidents and high-priority requests * Monitor support performance metrics and propose improvements ***Management and Governance*** * Lead and guide internal and/or third-party technical teams * Prioritize requests in coordination with business areas * Manage technology vendors and partners ***Infrastructure (Interface)*** * Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams * Support topics related to access control, information security, backups, and operational continuity **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in IT coordination or supervision * Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus and SAP Business One ERP systems * Functional knowledge of core back-office modules (financial, accounting, tax, or similar) * Database knowledge (intermediate or advanced SQL) * Experience in structured corporate environments * Advanced English proficiency to support activities involving units in other countries. **DESIRED** * Knowledge of ADVPL * Experience with BI, dashboards, or data analysis * Experience with system integrations, APIs, or implementation projects * Experience with ETL or Data Warehouse * Intermediate Spanish **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance or food voucher * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Well-being benefits (TotalPass) * Annual bonus tied to performance goals Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization / MBA Languages: * English (Advanced) * Health Insurance * Meal Voucher * Dental Insurance * Bonus * TotalPass
