Main Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical training to operators of forestry machinery; Train employees on the safe and efficient operation of machinery such as **Feller Buncher, Harvester, Forwarder, and Forestry Loading Machines**; Evaluate operators’ technical performance, identifying improvement opportunities and retraining needs; Support the training and development of new operators; Develop and update technical training materials and content; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and industry best practices; Support operational leaders in the technical development of teams; Promote a culture of safety, productivity, and operational excellence; Plan and organize the annual training schedule. Requirements: Solid experience operating forestry machinery, especially: Feller Buncher \| Harvester \| Forwarder \| Forestry Loading Machines \| Basic knowledge of forestry machinery maintenance; Experience in mechanized forest harvesting operations; Valid driver’s license; Willingness to travel and work on-site. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as an instructor, multiplier, or operational leader; Technical courses in forestry, mechanics, or related fields; Certifications for operating or training on forestry machinery; Knowledge of management systems, occupational safety, and operational best practices.
