




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Activities: Perform technical services on chemical treatment equipment at customer facilities, ensuring their efficiency and functionality; Assist customer operations and ensure compliance with safety standards, measuring results against the solutions program; Monitor chemical dosage control of products used at customer facilities to ensure they remain within established parameters; Collect samples and perform physico-chemical analyses, reporting results to the central laboratory and customers; Manage product inventory at customer sites to ensure timely supply; Identify and report failures or issues with products when outside established parameters, offering cost-effective alternatives as needed; Participate in team meetings to promote improvements in customer service; Report completed services, providing clarity and value to the customer **REQUIREMENTS:** Required Qualifications: Hold a Technical or Higher Education degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields (must have authorization for professional registration with CRQ); Possess CRQ certification (does not need to be active); Professionals with laboratory experience, including sample collection and physico-chemical analysis; Must be available to work at the client's plant located in Angatuba/SP and have easy access; Availability to work 6x4 rotating shifts: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00; Professional experience in the Paper and Pulp industry; Experience in specialty chemicals sector; Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **WORK SCHEDULE:** To be determined **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance, transportation allowance, medical and dental insurance, Gympass, life insurance, private pension plan, internal training programs, career development programs, and others Job opening verified by Buscar Vagas in partnership with Divulga Vagas Brasil.
