Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for boiler operation, mechanical, electrical, building, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, as well as various repairs to equipment and infrastructure. Various repairs and installations **Description:** Completed technical education NR 10, 12, and 35 certifications; Knowledge of maintenance indicators is a plus; Knowledge of failure analysis methodology is a plus; Availability to work in shifts Organized, proactive, dynamic 1\. Comply with all company standards regarding Occupational Safety, Quality, Operational Procedures, Environment, Cleanliness, Maintenance, etc.; **2\. Operate the boiler:** start up and shut down the boiler, heating, perform valve tests, chemical water treatment, pipeline cleaning, equipment preservation, implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance plans, chemical dosage checklist, verification of working pressure, chimney temperature, and valve leakage; **3\. Mechanical area:** maintenance of machines and equipment, bearing and bushing replacement, shaft inspection (breakage and wear), articulator inspection, maintenance of conveyor reducers (oil, shaft, pulley, internal gear); **4\. Electrical:** building and industrial installations (lighting, switches, outlets), basic low-voltage repairs and infrastructure; **5\. Building services:** internet and telephone installations, lamps and outlets, civil maintenance; 6\. Start/stop compressors; 7\. Equipment maintenance across all departments, performing corrective and preventive maintenance; **8\. Hydraulic:** construction, repairs, valve inspection, leak correction; **9\. Pneumatic:** air line construction, routine system moisture inspection, solenoid valve inspection, application of pneumatic devices; 10\. Keep equipment and tools organized, orderly, and well-maintained; 11\. Upon receiving Maintenance Work Orders (MWOs) from the Maintenance Manager, fulfill requests related to your role, complete all form fields, collect all required signatures, and return the MWO to the Maintenance Manager for review and closure; 12\. Chiller repairs, chemical treatment, maintaining clean water and preserving the equipment; 13\. Roof maintenance, tile replacement, leak inspection, gutter cleaning; 14\. Exhaust fan, blower, and air conditioner cleaning; motor and filter maintenance; 15\. Material requisition with specified measurements for procurement; 16\. Process reactor, refrigeration, and preventive maintenance plan maintenance; 17\. Basic welding services and repairs. 2512100202181911500
