This role will play a pivotal part in consolidating and advancing the analytical architecture built on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring efficient integration across data engineering, modeling, and strategic data consumption. If you enjoy transforming complex environments into organized, scalable, and business-oriented solutions, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain data pipelines in Databricks, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. * Design and evolve Lakehouse architectures (bronze, silver, gold). * Build and evolve the Microsoft Fabric environment (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI integration). * Model data for analytical and strategic consumption. * Develop and optimize semantic models, ensuring governance, performance, and executive clarity. * Integrate multiple data sources (Oracle, SQL Server, and others). * Ensure data quality, standardization, traceability, and technical documentation. * Collaborate closely with business areas, translating requirements into scalable solutions. * Propose continuous improvements to data architecture and processes. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with Databricks (data engineering, notebooks, jobs, optimization, data mirroring, governance). * Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, pipelines, integration, modeling, DAX, performance). * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Experience with Python (PySpark). * Knowledge of dimensional and analytical modeling. * Familiarity with best practices in data quality and governance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CI/CD for data. * Experience with Power BI (data visualization). * Experience with governance (catalog, lineage, CDEs). * Experience in large-scale corporate environments. * Experience with product-oriented data architecture. ✅ Benefits that make a difference: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub (Gympass) * Commuter Bus (for select cities in the region) * University Partnerships * Saber Viver Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Telemedicine * ✏ School Supply Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Pet Health Insurance (Guapeco) * Monthly Pack and Birthday & Christmas Kits
