Working at the Itapetininga unit, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities across the production chain, leading projects that ensure the robustness of the manufacturing system and enhance plant performance. The impact you will make in this role* Lead factory performance improvement projects using continuous improvement tools. * Analyze plant performance and ensure a strong project portfolio (hopper), aligned with unit strategies. * Work strategically with other Engineering areas to ensure execution of projects aimed at improving productivity, OEE, and flow. * Be a key agent in promoting a continuous improvement culture, supporting kaizens and maintaining excellence in the manufacturing system. Your skills and experiences*To prepare for success in this role from day one, 3M is seeking candidates who have the following qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Previous experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment; * Advanced English proficiency for communication with global teams. *Additional qualities that may further contribute to your success:** Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM; * Analytical, proactive profile with strong results orientation.
