Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform various forest seedling production processes—including clonal garden establishment and maintenance, seedling selection, dispatch, and manual cargo handling—as required; * Carry out forest establishment and maintenance processes in accordance with technical instructions; * Conduct pest, disease, and weed control in compliance with specific activity-related technical instructions; * Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (SGQ), Environmental Management System (SGA), 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Participate in prevention and firefighting efforts against forest fires and frosts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Elementary school education (minimum educational requirement). **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
