Focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with manufacturer standards #### **About the position:** * The Workshop Leader is responsible for coordinating the dealership’s workshop technical and operational team, ensuring efficient execution of vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection services. This role involves managing processes, service quality, customer service, and adherence to manufacturer standards, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the after-sales process. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and assign work orders to technicians and mechanics, ensuring productivity and quality; * Monitor the progress of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and established deadlines; * Assist in customer interactions to clarify technical questions, diagnose issues, and explain performed services; * Ensure services are delivered without rework, following established procedures and quality standards; * Track and analyze workshop KPIs, such as average service time, team productivity, return rate, and customer satisfaction; * Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of components required for services; * Promote continuous technical team training, aligning with technological innovations and manufacturer guidelines; * Ensure implementation of safety regulations within the workshop environment to prevent accidents and maintain an organized and safe workplace. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Service Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of technical diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and manufacturer standards; * Proficiency in service management systems (DMS) and performance analysis tools; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability. * Driver’s license category B. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass
