We are seeking a professional to join the commercial team as the key contact for after-sales (B2B): Key responsibilities include: * Customer support regarding tickets, replacement parts, consumables, maintenance contracts, warranty claims, proposals, and scheduling of technical visits. * Customer interaction via primary channels (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp), customer registration, prospecting new customers, generating proposals, tracking proposals, processing orders, monitoring order status, negotiating proposals, and tracking KPIs to ensure target achievement. Prior experience in this role or in the relevant field is desirable. Must reside in Boituva, Iperó, Tatuí, or Porto Feliz.
