Main Responsibilities * Develop and monitor production planning * Issue and control production orders * Schedule production according to sales demand * Control raw material and finished goods inventory * Monitor productivity indicators * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements * Interface with Purchasing, Sales, and Production departments * Update control reports and spreadsheets Requirements **Mandatory:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in PCP * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge * Inventory control knowledge **Desirable:** * Industrial sector experience * ERP system knowledge Behavioral Competencies * Organization * Logical reasoning * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Analytical mindset Salary: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
