Main Responsibilities * Plan promotional campaigns and product launches * Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other channels * Develop supporting materials for the sales team (catalogs, presentations, promotional artwork) * Manage paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads) * Monitor performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) * Support commercial initiatives and strategies for representatives * Organize seasonal campaign calendars (Mother's Day, Black Friday, etc.) * Support internal endomarketing initiatives Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in marketing * Knowledge of social media and digital marketing * Experience with Canva, CapCut, or editing tools * Basic understanding of paid traffic * Strong written communication skills and creativity Behavioral Competencies * Strategic and commercially oriented profile * Creativity and innovation * Organization and adherence to deadlines * Proactivity * Brand growth mindset Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the cosmetics industry * Knowledge of branding and brand positioning * Experience with e-commerce * Knowledge of CRM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
