Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** ✓ Maintain all technical documentation of the distribution center up to date; ✓ Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ✓ Register and update customer information; ✓ Inspect all products received at the distribution center, with special focus on customer returns; ✓ Process returns to the manufacturing plant or as requested; ✓ Monitor returns requested from carriers; ✓ Ensure and monitor results of cycle counts and request all necessary adjustments; ✓ Monitor overall warehouse temperature and humidity; ✓ Guide and maintain warehouse cleanliness according to standards required by competent authorities; ✓ Ensure and direct execution of all technical activities; ✓ Accompany inspections conducted by regulatory authorities; ✓ Ensure good storage and distribution practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: ✓ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. ✓ Postgraduate degree in logistics is desirable. Specific Knowledge / Skills: ✓ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel) ✓ Knowledge of good storage and distribution practices; ✓ Knowledge of legislation, documentation, and regulation related to CRF (Regional Council of Pharmacy), Sanitary Surveillance, and ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency). **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, depending on departmental needs. * Location: AV.
