




Job Summary: A professional to manage communication and IT operations, ensure information security, supervise systems, and administer service contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the IT team and ensure the quality of services provided. 2. Coordinate projects for resource optimization and business prospecting. 3. Provide technical support to users and manage the IT infrastructure. Ensures continuity of communication and IT operations managed by the shopping center administration and compliance with information security policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and supervise maintenance of deployed software and systems, identifying technical and operational issues, implementing modifications or developing new systems when necessary; * Administer IT service contracts, aiming for quality, cost, and timeline conditions; * Manage and mobilize the IT team to deliver high-quality services; * Coordinate project execution to reduce costs, optimize resources, and explore new services and business opportunities; * Support computer network users, including equipment repairs and configurations, and assist with hardware and software usage; * Train users on available applications and support them in resolving issues; * Contact software vendors to resolve issues related to purchased applications; * Assemble equipment and deploy systems used by service units, train staff, and install antivirus and anti-spyware software; * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation; * Install software upgrades and implement other adaptations/modifications to improve equipment performance; * Assist in preparing and maintaining equipment inventory; * Fabricate and test cables, extensions, and other conductors per instruction manuals, creating user-friendly equipment interfaces; * Identify teleinformatics network issues, detect faults, arrange technical assistance visits when required, and support maintenance activities; * Attend to users, provide technical support, and supply relevant information regarding equipment and teleinformatics networks; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Network Technology, or related fields; Previous experience in IT management roles. **Additional Information** * **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Health and Dental Plans * Transportation Allowance or Parking Credential * Wellhub Nice to meet you—we are Salvador Norte, but you can call us “the hospitality shopping center.” Here, we take excellence in customer service very seriously and strive to positively surprise everyone.
