





**Job Objective** Support the commercial and operational teams by ensuring that all records, updates, and processes within **HubSpot** are accurate, organized, and up to date, thereby guaranteeing data quality and smooth company operations. **Responsibilities** * + Perform **customer, lead, company, and deal registration and updates** in HubSpot. + Ensure the **quality and standardization of information** entered into the CRM. + Monitor and validate duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent data. + Support the commercial team in **recording activities, contacts, and opportunities**. + Assist in creating and maintaining **reports and dashboards**. + Handle general administrative tasks: document management, spreadsheet organization, contract tracking, calendar management, or internal workflows. + Support the maintenance of **automated processes** within HubSpot (simple workflows). + Track internal requests and ensure timely completion of administrative deadlines. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * + Prior experience as an **administrative assistant or back-office professional**. + Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with **CRM (HubSpot)**. + Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + Organized, analytical, and process-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * + Specific HubSpot experience (registrations, lists, deals, pipelines). + Basic knowledge of commercial or pre-sales routines. + Familiarity with automation or SaaS tools.
