If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and want to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person and online support to students, parents/guardians, and prospects; * Manage student re-enrollment processes; * Maintain the school’s management system with up-to-date information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Conduct collections; * Issue service invoices; * Communicate with students, parents, and guardians; * Handle student re-engagement, transfers, enrollment suspensions, and cancellations; * Monitor purchase and delivery of teaching materials; * Manage inventory of office supplies and teaching materials; * Receive installment payments and perform daily cash closing. * Reactivate suspended and canceled students. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable, preferably in educational environments or free-course schools; * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines is desirable, including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Interpersonal skills: Organization, patience, strong communication, and proactivity. **Additional Information** **Transportation Allowance (VT)** **Tuition Scholarship** for CNA language courses. **Career and Position Plan;** **Birthday Day Off**. **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
