Job Description: This professional will be responsible for managing preparation, execution, and validation activities of systems in industrial projects carried out for a major client in the region. The role requires onsite work involving multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, supervising functional tests, and guaranteeing that all commissioning stages comply with Schneider and client standards within a dynamic and collaborative environment, focused on meeting the client's technical and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric and client standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate all commissioning activities in automation projects. * Ensure systems and equipment operate according to technical standards and safety regulations. * Define schedules and allocate resources for testing and adjustments. * Supervise system integration and ensure compliance with regulations. * Monitor productivity, budget, and workplace safety. * Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and technical alignment. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, registered with the relevant professional council, * Minimum of 08 (eight) years of experience in commissioning implementation of large-scale automation systems and/or oil and/or petrochemical industrial units. (At least three years in team management or coordination.) * Proficiency in MS Office tools and IT systems applied to engineering. * Technical English is highly recommended for international project involvement. * Strategic negotiation with suppliers, balancing cost, schedule, and quality. * Management of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and plant handover activities. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents, flowcharts, and specifications. * Technical knowledge in electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and industrial systems. * Ability to analyze costs, productivity, and operational safety. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with a results- and safety-oriented focus. * Decision-making under pressure, with agility and assertiveness. * Effective communication with engineers, suppliers, and clients. * Resolution of technical problems and interpersonal conflicts. * Strategic vision and ability to improvise when facing project contingencies. **Desirable:** * Certifications such as PMP, PMI, or similar. * Familiarity with technical standards and safety procedures applicable to commissioning.
