Clinical Management Ensure the quality and safety of chemotherapy services; Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, institutional guidelines, and applicable legislation. Monitor clinical indicators (patient safety, adverse events, protocol adherence, medical and multidisciplinary productivity). Promote a patient-centered care culture and continuous improvement. 2\. People Management Lead, supervise, and develop the clinical, administrative, and support teams. Conduct performance management, periodic feedback, and development plans. Collaborate with Corporate HR on recruitment, selection, training, and organizational climate initiatives. Ensure appropriate staffing levels aligned with clinical demand. 3\. Administrative and Financial Management Manage the unit’s budget, monitoring revenues, costs, and operational results. Monitor billing, contracts, claim denials, and financial indicators in coordination with Corporate Finance. Ensure operational efficiency, supply control, and equipment maintenance. Track unit productivity and profitability targets. 4\. Operational Management Ensure full functionality of physical and technological infrastructure. Collaborate with IT to maintain clinical and administrative systems. Guarantee smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. Coordinate internal processes to enhance agility, safety, and quality. 5\. Quality, Compliance, and Billing Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations, CNEN (where applicable), and other regulatory bodies. Collaborate with the Quality Department on audits, certifications, and action plans. Ensure accurate clinical documentation to support billing. Work closely with the Billing Coordination team to reduce claim denials, improve processes, and meet deadlines. 6\. Strategic Management Implement the strategic plan defined by the Executive Board. Propose operational and clinical improvements that positively impact quality and financial outcomes. Represent the unit institutionally before local partners and stakeholders. **Required Competencies:** Completed academic degree (bachelor's level or higher). Minimum 6 months of experience in similar or leadership roles. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and manage conflicts.
