Porter, as a franchisor, has the mission of providing guidelines to our 60+ franchises spread across Brazil, nine of which are flagships (company-owned franchises), also known as Model Units. Our flagships have the following primary functions: selling our solutions, installing, maintaining, and supporting all equipment, as well as managing relationships with our condominium administrators and residents.
