#### **About the position:** * Work as a Production Assistant at Grupo Mateus, contributing to the production process with efficiency and quality. * Participate in support activities on the production line, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Perform specific bakery production tasks, assisting in product preparation and handling. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Transform raw materials into finished products by producing items to supply sector shelves and counters; * Organize products for restocking through advance preparation; * Inform immediate supervisor about the raw materials needed for the next day's production, based on inventory monitoring and requirements; * Properly wash fruits and vegetables using specific cleaning products; * Maintain the standard appearance of the preparation room by organizing raw materials and utensils in their designated places; * Carry out cleaning of dishes and cutlery used, ensuring they are ready for immediate use; * Organize the refrigerated chamber by controlling and identifying stored products. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * High school diploma; * Experience in food preparation and handling; * Availability to work flexible hours and on a 6x1 shift schedule. * Interest and willingness to work in food production, especially in bakery.
