Responsibilities: * Ensure NPS implementation across the company, inspiring departments to generate promoters through the methodology and ensure low customer delinquency with the financing bank. Requirements: * Incomplete undergraduate degree in Administration and/or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree in Administration and/or related fields. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic Power BI.
