Proficiency in specialized engineering software A professional with expertise in earthworks, pavement construction, geotechnics, hydrology, and surveying, working across all phases of highway projects, including: * **Planning and Design:** Development of technical studies, route selection, structural sizing, preparation of construction drawings, traffic analysis, environmental impact assessment, and technical decision-making. * **Execution and Monitoring:** Construction supervision, quality control, schedule management, coordination of teams and projects, ensuring efficient delivery of project phases. * **Analysis and Maintenance:** Performance evaluation of roadways, technical inspections, and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Technology and Software:** Proficiency in civil and highway engineering tools and software applied to planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
