If you identify with who we are ***\#JoinSolar \#PassionThatTransforms \#ThirstThatDrives*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Directing and monitoring factory interfaces for project interventions; * Monitoring managerial activities of ongoing projects; * Leading project development meetings with stakeholders; * Providing technical support for the project with necessary information and documents for progress, such as: tender notices, proposal requests, analyses, cost reconciliations, data collection, etc.; * Technical monitoring of execution activities, identification of pending items, technical support, and other activities related to project execution; * Participating in, monitoring, and managing project CAPEX. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * English — Intermediate level; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Proven experience in the industrial sector (beverage industry experience is a plus). **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
