Managing collection actions for Public Sector clients; * **Management of collection activities**, monitoring delinquency, proposing solutions, and conducting negotiations to minimize financial risks. Technical Visits: Network improvement projects, public lighting yard upgrades; * **Handling requests received from the Public Sector**, ensuring prioritization, follow-up, and responses within established deadlines; * **Conducting technical visits**, monitoring network improvement works, public lighting yard updates, and other structural demands; * **Performing relationship and collection visits**, strengthening institutional ties, promoting transparency, and seeking customer satisfaction; * **Acting as a technology focal point**, developing and supporting the implementation of tools that bring improvements, efficiency, and process optimization; * **Anticipating needs and identifying opportunities**, proposing solutions that add value both for customers and for the group's business; * **Providing strategic information to managers and executives**, supporting decisions with reliable data, analyses, and reports; * **Monitoring and reporting during periodic meetings**, presenting demand status, key indicators, and achieved results. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed secondary education; * Knowledge of Office tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint); * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills; * Driver's license category "B"; * Clear communication skills; * Travel availability. **What will be considered as a differentiator:** * Completed higher education or currently pursuing a degree; * Technical course in Electrotechnics. **Additional information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
