Account planning development and customer relationship management The enterprise sales analyst must understand their customer portfolio, prospects, and the relationship map for each account to develop plans for portfolio share expansion, acquisition of new accounts, and introduction of new products to existing customers. Must possess telecom/IT knowledge to present optimal solutions to our customers. **Work Model: Hybrid at Porto Digital \- Recife/Caruaru, PE.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Deliver presentations and acquire new accounts for your customer portfolio; * Increase the number of contacts within accounts, build relationships, create champions in your accounts, and thereby ensure a steady demand flow; * Develop account planning; * Increase portfolio share among customers using strategies such as cross-selling and upselling; * Be capable of structuring and evolving customer benefit and target plans; * Be capable of structuring and evolving a referral plan; * Become a specialist in our products and solutions to effectively present the best options to our customers based on their profiles; * Support contract management and renewals. **Your Activities:** * Present FBR Digital and its products; * Negotiate and close enterprise sales; * Drive expansion and positioning of individuals within your portfolio according to the relationship map; * Monitor deliveries for your portfolio; * Act as escalation point for finance, compliance, delivery, and support teams; * Travel to meet customers; * Participate in corporate events (ABM and association events); * Manage your sales pipeline via CRM.
