### **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance services on residential electrical systems; * Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations to identify faults and repair needs; * Carry out maintenance on electrical panels, circuit breakers, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuits, and wiring; * Install and replace electrical components in accordance with technical standards and safety procedures; * Perform electrical tests and measurements using appropriate instruments; * Work on lighting, power, electrical control, and power distribution systems; * Support maintenance activities for residential electrical equipment such as pumps, motors, and auxiliary systems; * Perform cable pulling, installation of conduits, raceways, and electrical infrastructure; * Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR\-10 and other internal procedures; * Document performed activities and support the preparation of technical reports; * Maintain tools and equipment and ensure workplace organization; * Support residential maintenance teams on tasks related to the electrical field; * Respond promptly and efficiently to corrective maintenance requests to ensure continuity of residential operations.
